Subdistributor Information

Pricing and Minimums

Product from Major Apparel Suppliers (Ash City and Trimark): First Column plus freight.
Stormtech: First Column +5% plus freight. Minimum orders are 12 units per order per supplier. If less than 12 units are ordered, we charge a $75 administrative fee.

Samples

We do not supply samples to subdistributors from our showroom. You may order samples through us. Samples ordered from Supplier First Column pricing x 2 plus shipping (less than minimum 12 units.) 1/2 of unit cost will be waved if sample results in an order.

Return Policy

Samples may be returned only if product was identified as a sample on the original purchase order. You must email, or fax for a return authorization. You will be billed for freight back to supplier. If the product is being returned because you ordered incorrect sizes, colours, styles, we will add a 15% restocking fee, as well as freight back to the supplier.

Product Research

Product Research and Pricing: $50.00 per hour billed in increments of .5 hour.

Payment

All orders are COD payable by visa or mastercard. Visa and Mastercard payments are subject to 2% finance charge or COD. Out of town drop shipments only payable by visa or mastercard. We will drop ship only to out-of-town clients. No drop shipping in town.

Large Orders

If you are ordering larger amounts of product (over 100 units in one style) we can provide special quoting.

Other Suppliers

Please call us about our other suppliers not on this list. We may be able to supply competitive pricing on certain lines and items. You will still be assured of total confidentiality on all your orders.

Orders only accepted on your PO or our order sheet. All orders must provide Style No. Colour, Size Description and Price. No phone in orders accepted.
