Artwork Submissions

Artwork may be supplied in a numbers of ways, therefore we have grouped our artwork recommendations under 2 categories: Acceptable and Not Acceptable

Acceptable

MAC/PC Applications:

  • Illustrator CS2 or earlier with text converted to outlines (or fonts supplied)
  • EPS files (vector only)
  • Corel 10 or earlier with text converted to outlines (or fonts supplied)

Not Acceptable

MAC/PC Applications:

  • PDF, TIFF, JPEG, GIF, JPEG files are not acceptable.
  • Microsoft Word, Corel Wordperfect and applications like Excel and Powerpoint are not graphic applications and cannot be used to generate artwork.
  • Providing a fax, photocopy, letterhead or business card will more than likely involve the recreation of your logo to meet industry standards. Depending on the complexity of the logo, this may or may not require a substantial amount of work.
